Branding guidelines are sent to the customer with certification marks and logos after the completion of the initial certification. The fee for cancellation is calculated on a sliding scale based on a percentage of ACM`s current daily allowance for the certification days indicated for the order. After the certification cycle, ACM retains customer records in accordance with its document retention requirements. Quotas may not be renewed beyond the expiry date and, when they expire, the consequences shall be explained. After revocation, the certificate can be reinstated if the customer requests again within the first six months of revocation, subject to technical verification and completion of the recertification audit process. After 6 months, the client must apply again and be subject to at least one level 2 audit. The Level 1 audit may be discontinued if a technical inspection confirms that no substantial changes have been made since the last audit.

The customer may not apply approval marks or accreditation marks to laboratory tests, calibrations or inspection reports, since these reports are considered products.
