What does your 9-5 look like? For History’s on-air talent it can look a whole lot different from the norm. In these design driven animations, we closely examined the 6 most popular shows and their cast; American Pickers, Counting Cars, Forged in Fire, Ice Road Truckers, Mountain Men, and Swamp People. With the help of the creative team at History we worked collaboratively on comedic narratives for each show that paid homage to the eclectic 9 to 5’s of these unique jobs. We then illustrated, designed and animated all of the characters and their environments from each show to bring it all to life.
